Renowned chef’s from three of Bergen County’s top restaurants recently joined forces for a special rooftop event at One Park that surely stimulated the taste buds of those who gathered at the luxury Cliffside Park condo.

Aldo Casio of Aldo’s Restaurant and The Brick House in Wyckoff and Juan Camillo of Kuba and Andrew Riccitelli of Ventanas, both in Fort Lee, participated in a Dining Out Dialogues organized by DiningOut New Jersey magazine. 970 AM The Answer host Kevin McCullough Radio broadcasted the event live from the building’s sales gallery where he spoke on air with the chefs about their restaurants, menus and culinary methods and styles.   Following the program, the chefs put their talents on display preparing special cuisine for all who attended.   The incredible rooftop at One Park provided the perfect venue to dine alfresco, with magnificent New York City and Hudson River views as a tantalizing backdrop.
